Before you sign up

The honest version of how this works.

  • You need a clear line of sight to one of our towers — trees and terrain can block a link, and we'll tell you straight if yours won't work yet.
  • Coverage is expanding tower by tower, starting in central Everett — if you're just outside range, we'll keep your address on file for the next build-out.
  • Like any wireless link, heavy weather can occasionally affect signal — it's rare, and it's the tradeoff for no trench and no waiting on a cable crew.
  • Billing and account management is handled through our customer portal — see the Account & Billing page for status.
